HigherWomen's proprietary matching system matches candidate/speaker profiles with the opportunities posted, based on a number of inputs from the posting of your opportunity or your candidate profile. Our matching system let's both parties know the best matches, enabling you to make the best decisions to achieve your goals. The criteria are below.

The quality of the match per criteria is reflected in the icons that appear in the list of candidates (or postings) you receive. Each icon contains a percentage that reflects how well the two match. For example, if you are seeking a candidate in New York, those that appear in your report will have 100% in the "location" icon.

The information on how well the employer maintains a woman-friendly culture is compiled from credible research and input from a variety of reliable sources, including studies and actual employees. Sources are available upon request.
